Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We have a 7-day exchange policy in case of size issue of rings and bangles, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange in case of size issues, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@ramaya.co. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

RAMAYA does not offer price adjustments. Custom orders on all personalized products are “final sale” and are not eligible for returns or price adjustments.


Damages and issues
We have one year warranty from the date of exchange for stone and polish of diamond and polki jewellery. There will be no Warranty in Kundan jewellery. All pieces are hand-crafted so please handle with care and avoid contact with perfume, chemicals and excessive temperature changes. Always keep the jewellery in the air tight salophen provided with the jewellery.


Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

After Sales Care:

We will undertake repairs free of charge for any RAMAYA products upto one year from date of purchase for any damage due to defects in workmanship. Natural wear and tear of an item will be billed accordingly and evaluated on a case to case basis.
