STORE PICKUPS
We would love to greet you at our stores ! If you are based in Delhi or nearing regions you can place your order's online & opt in for a store pick-up. For doing the same just add a message during the checkout & we will let you know when your order reaches our store. You can check our store addresses in the page below.
ORDER MODIFICATION
Once we receive your order we get on it right away to make the delivery speedy. However changes to the order's can be done before they ship. Just contact us through whatsapp or email & we will help you do the needful.
ORDER TRACKING
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Using the same you would be able to get the tentative date for your package to be received. Minimum delivery time will be 3 working days and maximum delivery time will be 10 working days.
If we loose your order don't worry, let us know & we will handle the rest. Once you share your tracking number with us, we will get in touch with our courier partner's & update you with the courier status immediately. If an order is unfulfilled we will refund you the amount or ship another order with the same contents.

Tips to make your jewellery last longer by storing it correctly
* Clean your jewellery before storing.
* Use airtight box or zip locks.
* Use anti-tarnish paper.
* Separation is necessary.
* Stay away from extreme exposure to heat and light as gemstones like kunzite can fade or discolour.
* Always put on your jewellery last when dressing. It should be done after the use of make-up, cosmetics, perfume and lotions to avoid damage to delicate items.
